Networking Haiti

In that Haiti is the most foreign reached country in the world with 1 NGO's per 1000 people it may not need an additional ministry.  Rather what I believe Haiti truly needs is all of these NGO's to work together creating a better country as a result.  They all have the same goals, and if they just combine resources, I believe that Haiti will be a much different country as a result.
